Click “Book Now” at the bottom then select the type of visit and date/time. Contact us if there are any issues. If you have insurance then we will only bill your insurance and copay. If you would like to pay cash only then we have that as an option as well!
Each client will require an initial intake lasting approximately 1 hour. During this visit, a detailed history and exam will be conducted. Laboratory and other tests may be ordered if indicated. This is the beginning of the journey to healing.
Initial Intake
Follow-ups are crucial for a client’s success. Each follow-up will last approximately 30 minutes where the client will be assessed to determine the efficacy of treatment and if other tests or treatments are indicated. The timing of follow-ups will depend upon the client’s response
Follow-Up
This service will be exactly as described in the initial intake section but conveniently at your home. There are many reasons a client may not be able to come to the office whether convenience or simply not feeling well. Mobile visits are cash only.

Emergency Visit
This service is only offered on weekends with staff availability. Also, the client must be assessed over the phone to determine the nature of the emergency ensuring that our emergency visit will suffice instead of the emergency room. Please text us at 423-302-0663 to receive a call.
